After a delicious lunch of Indian cuisine, we took a break while the couple changed for the afternoon half of their wedding day. They were married by a friend on the lawn of Geneva on the Lake overlooking Lake Erie. We had blue skies, aqua Lake Erie water and sunshine for their golden hour nuptials. It was beautiful to hear them exchange vows again and even though they had a ceremony several hours earlier, tears welled up in Nilin’s eyes when he saw Lizzy take the long walk down the beachfront-ish aisle.
Oh these two… they are so warm, they are funny, genuine and too adorable together in front of the camera. I wish them the absolute best as they start their next chapter in Colorado. I adore you two!
Shawn and Phil are one of those couples that are a dream to get to know. When I met with them, heard about Phil’s thoughtful wedding proposal (and then saw the video he has secretly produced documenting it) I was honored tat they were entrusting me to photograph their Cleveland wedding.
They had a Kate Spade inspired event, reception at Cleveland gem MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art)… a building I saw phases of construction and sooo hoped I would get the chance to photograph a wedding at!
Phil and Shawn are adorably in love AND have great style with attention to detail. I have been looking forward to their wedding since they officially were marked on my calendar. It was an honor to document their wedding day! Biggest congrats to them!!!

Hard to believe another year has flown by & I’m pulling my favourite images from the year! 2013 was a year full of growth… photographing births, small businesses, commercial campaigns & of course weddings. Each of those so different from one another on the surface, but really when looking through the photos as a whole, they all feel so similar. People having fun, great energy! We have a ton of fun while on shoots, connecting with the people who photograph, no matter what the subject matter. Always humbling to look back & see the moments we were able to capture for the people who trusted us to be there for the biggest moments in their lives. THANK YOU!
Cheers to 2013!

Megan and Stu’s wedding was one I had been looking forward to since their engagement session. They are such a warm, lovely couple, inside and out, their friends and family were much the same. Their wedding in Cuyahoga Falls has a serene feel… Megan dressed with the sound of the falls in the background. Their first look was lovely, as usual. Megan & Stu beamed as we did portraits through the Cuyahoga Falls area which we thought had such amazing potential to be a buzzing part of the city. Dance floor at their reception was energetic & such a blast to shoot. Adore this couple!! Enjoy their photos!

My favourite images from our 2012 weddings! Modern portraits, candid moments, killer flowers, stunning rings & stationary. Every wedding this year was so different from one another yet my couples have so much in common with one another… They’re fun, laid back & totally in love with each other!!
