The images in our blog posts and displayed on our proofing website are sole property of Mary Wyar Photography LLC.  Images cannot be used with out the written consent of Mary Wyar Photography LLC, to do so without permission is copyright infringement.  A few examples of what is considered copyright infringement include: scanning photos, photocopying photos, screen captures of online images for the purpose of printing, reproducing photos for yourself or others, etc.

If you wish to use an image for your social networking profile (Facebook/Twitter/Myspace) that is displayed in a blog post, you may with the condition that credit be given and the website caption not be cropped or retouched out of the photo.  Images in the proofing website may be purchased for your social networking profile at a small fee.
