Saturday morning, before my wedding, I stopped by Nikki's home to photograph the details of her own baby shower. As you will see below, she designed an amazing, modern yet girly party setting, pulling the color theme from her invitations. Loved it!!
Julia's sister, Danielle, said to me, and I'm paraphrasing... 'You have such a unique job, in that, you are with people on the most emotional day in their lives and you have this little window into their lives that most people who are closest with them don't even get to experience'... (You're awesome Danielle, I hope I got that right!). Being with a couple on their wedding day, is emotional for every person who loves this couple, and it is also so for me, as their photographer.
Julia and Adam's wedding day was unconventionally beautiful. I say unconventionally, because we had 50mph winds, it was super cloudy, and unusually (kind of) cold considering the weather to follow. Putting the weather conditions aside, it was amazing to see a young couple who have been together 9 years officially become husband and wife. They are amazingly complimentary, and have a bond + chemistry combo that is truly special.
Thank you both for being amazing to me! For being awesomely enthusiastic clients! Thank your friends + family for me as well! We had a perfect 'work' day at their Maumee Bay Resort wedding !
